Common questions
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Anything above the new plan's limits stays: saved versions of a process remain readable and restorable, you just cannot create new ones until you are back under the cap.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?+
Nothing. All your processes, documentation, and team members remain. If you drop below the new plan's member cap, you may need to remove members or upgrade to keep them all active.
